Strength-Based Leadership
Date Attended: October 25th 2025
I loved that I was able to talk to and learn about so many people with different strengths than me. The best part of this lab was creating a poster for a campus initiative of our own making. We all were able to use our different strengths to collaborate and create the poster.
Leading With Integrity
Date Attended: October 27th 2025
I learned all about integrity, morals, and ethics. I learned how to apply all of these in a leadership and personal setting and how to improve upon each of them. I will use this new experience in my daily life so I can improve my relationships with other people and myself.
